Meeting
Location:
Please ensure that you select the appropriate meeting.
Presentation
Type:
Select whether your abstract is for an Oral Presentation or
a Poster Presentation.
Primary
Author:
Please complete all information pertaining to the
Primary Author as you wish it to appear on the Program.
Contributing
Authors: Contributing
authors' names and affiliations should be indicated.
Abstract
Title: The
first letter of each word should be capitalized.
Abstract
Body: The
abstract narrative should be
200 words or less.
Please do not include tables or graphics in the
abstract. Abstract submissions must be in normal
text, with no extra line spacing.
Submission:
Abstracts should be submitted online at:
Abstract Submissions
A confirming email will be sent immediately upon successful
completion and submission of the Abstract. If you do not
receive a confirming email, please contact us immediately.
Selection:
Abstracts will be selected for presentation by the CPS
Scientific Advisory Council. Selections will be announced
approximately four weeks prior to the meeting.
POSTERS PRESENTATIONS:
PLEASE NOTE that at least one of the poster authors must be
present at the meeting. Kindly ensure that you indicate who
will be presenting.
Size of the poster is restricted to 4’ x 4’
Fasteners will be provided on site.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Presenters who have selected to give an oral presentation
on their abstract, please note that you are
restricted to 15 min.
1. Presentation must be in a Powerpoint format.
2. Bring your presentation on a CD or Memory Stick.
3. Give your presentation to the volunteer at the
registration desk immediately upon your arrival.
